i means its your Instagram account so you can decide who you want on it but then also that is his family so like i feel like its still lowkey a bit rude

tbh it’s weird that you don’t want them following you in the first place, and i think denying the request itself is rude. i leave people i don’t want following me as pending so they can at least think i didn’t see the request or don’t use insta often

Yeah you should be Instagram friends with your so’s parents if you’re serious about it. I wouldn’t say you’re “the asshole” Or anything but I think you’re in the wrong

Lmfao gotta let them rock in the requests instead of denying them. that said, weird all around on both sides tbh

i don’t think its rude at all lmao. it’s your instagram, it would be different if it was facebook or something but i think it makes perfect sense that there’s things you wouldn’t want them to see lol

imo it’s just kinda weird, like my own parents don’t even use instagram, like i don’t want his parents seeing my ass n shit on my private ig, i have more family appropriate pics on fb

i have more provocative pics on ig than i do on facebook and i have both his parents on fb already, i think it’s just awkward, my parents don’t even use instagram

because i have swimsuit pics, my ass out (not literally but like “sexy” pics), i don’t want my bf’s parents seeing what i post and i wouldn’t want them commenting on my pictures, bc they already do that on my facebook pics

Lowkey girl if you’re gonna post stuff like that, then you gotta own it. I love the attention from those pics too but it always comes at a price

Girl if her account is private she doesn’t have to own anything? That’s why it’s private so she controls who sees it….

If you have them on Facebook there’s no reason to have them on Instagram too.

The whole point of this post if she’s an ASL for not accepting her bf’s parents follower request because she fears the perspective of her photos. Either you accept her parents follower request or not. Deleting the pics are up to you. Either way you own your decision…

deleting the follow requests are up to me too, they aren’t “bad” photos, i just idk, feel like when his mom requested me multiple times i found that kinda weird

i feel like his family is lowkey always in my business.. like his sister follows me and she tells him behind my back “look she’s posting with other guys” or “look she’s following these guys, watch out” , so i just don’t want any MORE judgement from them, if that makes sense

i feel his mom might catch on bc i have denied her twice already to follow me, some reason she keeps re requesting me.. but i don’t want to feel obligated to accept.. ya feel? part of me does feel “rude” from that :/

yeah but it’s giving weird vibes, like would you re request to follow someone after they denied you the first time??

I mean, since you already got a bf. Why not delete the photos? If things don’t work out, you can get back on your game. Aside from wanting others to see you look good, what is there to gain atp? Archiving or deleting the photos and accepting her seems like the right move

Girl i have a job i am not worried u being nasty 🤨 Its that you said she "already got a bf" she should feel free to post whatever regardless of her dating status, just cuz she gotta man now doesn't mean she can't show off anymore cuz it was never for the intention of catching someone's eye
