 does toothpaste make anyone else's mouth super dry?? one times my dental hygienist asked if i frequently have dry mouth. i was like no girl i just brushed before i came here 😭

I only very recently learned that toothpaste isn’t supposed to cause blisters in your mouth… turns out I’m allergic to mint… (I have MCAS so my allergy list grows the longer I breathe I swear)

I always have such a terrible dry mouth that makes my breath stink even if I brushed my teeth and Therabreath anti-cavity mouthwash does wonders 😫😫 I highly recommend and it’s easily accessible (like in every Walmart and Walgreens)

You’re likely using the wrong toothpaste… try an SLS-free toothpaste
