my bf is mad at me for going on a trip that my parents are paying for because I told him I wasn’t ready to go on trips with him. Im a recent college grad and don’t have real money for myself. Hes jealous of the place im going bc he wants to go too

I am also a recent college grad and my parents take me on trips once a year. My bf never went on a trip with the family. We have been together for 6 years. He and I go camping sometimes but that’s it.

I mean would you like to pay for it? Because my family doesn’t have to money and neither does he. But no one is upset about it because we know if we had the spare cash he is welcome.

My brother and his gf have been dating for 5 years and she’s never gone on a family trip with us. Parents are traditional and don’t rly believe in the seriousness of boyfriends/girlfriends before marriage
