Honestly that’s valid. No point in buying furniture… If any just build up your room. Mini fridge, futon, etc

She’s 100% capable, and her parents pay her rent. I moved for grad school on my dime. We haven’t talked about it since, and I’m not mad honestly 🤷‍♀️ means I don’t have to spend money on furniture that won’t be taken care of and will fall burden to me bc she moves home after the lease is up.
