It might just be because she didn’t want you to feel like she was just making up excuses and have you know it’s an actual thing. It’s a bit weirder to do but I’d say it’s a good sign that she really values you and is trying to make you feel like she isn’t blowing you off

If she was at work then she probably was busy and couldnt text you herself… you never had a job 😭 if she wasn’t at work though that’s odd 😂
