Yeah I’ve never used ChatGPT or anything but the AI model I’m supposed to use at work SUCKS ASS

Ai is a useful tool. It is genuinely helpful but should only be used knowing how it works and its caveats. Ai is a probability machine and probability is never 100% all of the time. It doesn’t know anything it just makes educated guesses. That said harnessing probability can be very useful. For example, in the chemistry/biochem industry Ai has allowed us to predict protein structures way way better than anything we had before and that could revolutionize the industry

Idk AI’s not really environmentally worse than anything else. It takes up way less water than even the almond industry and the e waste/energy stuff is a systematic thing that isn’t really AI’s fault
