AITA? My boyfriend had sex with me while I was drunk and I barely remembered it. I told him I think he took advantage of me and he thinks I’m calling him a grapist… we only started dating 3 months ago and I’m worried this will ruin our relationship.

This is a crime. It my state, it meets the statutory definition of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree because it involves a sexual battery of an incapacitated/intoxicated person. It’s a felony punishable by imprisonment. Rape is a crime of violence, not of pleasure. You are potentially in danger being around someone like your boyfriend.

Hey so this is a crime, consent matters and if you were intoxicated and didn’t consent that’s still rape even if you’re dating or married. Contact your local police please or at least leave him I know it’s scary but if he’s being saying your calling him a grapist ( which he is even if you don’t wanna admit it yet) and shaming you I’d run fast.
