Why, they couldn’t wait to share the news. We shouldn’t let our personal situation prevent us from being happy for people we care about. Yes a little insensitive and maybe they could have mentioned it to you so it wasn’t a slap in the face. Also we can’t blame others for not sharing the same humility we have. Not everyone thinks the way you do. Sorry for the news, at least you don’t need to invest in condoms
