I don’t like illegal immigration but fuck ice. Masked men going after even legal immigrants or ppl during their court hearings, deporting them to countries they aren’t even from, treating normal parents like high risk criminals. They’re ppl not animals.

Yes ICE has no choice but to run around in masks and unmarked vans abducting people off the street with no warning, pointing guns at civilians recording them from their cars because there’s just too many illegals :( That makes abusing your power perfectly okay.

Obama deported some 2.75 million illegal immigrants while he was in office. The people saying he was soft on illegal immigration are lying, only he didn’t have to talk about the blood of the country being poisoned to get it done.

Following the laws we should have been following for 20 years isn’t abusing power. So ya, ICE wouldn’t be in cities doing raids if we had enforced our border policy, which every other sovereign nation has.

What border patrol laws say MASKED men showing up in random neighborhoods to abduct people in UNMARKED cars and interfering with ongoing trials is okay? It’s HOW they’re doing it that’s the issue. THAT’S the power abuse. You’re saying cus you don’t like the number of illegal immigrants here (which has stayed the same 10-12m since ~2005 despite the total pop growing 50m in that same time) it means ICE can be held to a lower standard than the police and other federal agents. It shouldn’t be.

They’ve jailed US citizens & ppl in the US legally during raids. And ppl here illegally who haven’t committed serious crimes get tossed into max security prisons with violent criminals. Even when some kid’s mom showed a state judge his SS and birth certificate he had to stay in ICE custody for several days. That’s not somehow okay just cus you don’t like the number of illegal immigrants here and cops doing any of that on large scale would lead to a federal investigation over rights violations.

They also shot a nonviolent pastor in the head with a pepper ball at close range—which you are NOT supposed to do with pepper balls—but I guess that’s fine too
