I’d say her first 3 albums have a similar style, 1989+reputation+lover+midnights+ttpd and the life of a showgirl are all kind of pop, and evermore+folklore are their own separate category. I can see how a lot of her recent stuff (midnights onward) sounds very similar, and I would agree that lately she has released a lot of really monotonous stuff and it’s really been quantity over quality. But there is some good stuff hidden in there. Less so with the most recent release.

And there’s no way that the stuff in this album could be mixed up with folklore/evermore. It depends on which earlier albums you looked at, and which songs you listened to.
