Im here to debate because first off this is one of if not the best anime season ever and while Sakamoto is great and I’ve enjoyed every episode so far it simple doesn’t stand up against the master pieces of story writing that it’s running alongside. Have you watched all the shows this season to compare them?

Takopi’s original sin is far better in terms of it’s characterization and development as well as having a much better all together story wrapped up in 6 episodes with every loose end tied a near perfect story with amazing music choice and direction.

The Summer Hikaru died easily beats out Sakamoto in terms of art direction and sound design while also actually having tension and realistic characters with incredible stakes.

Dandadan has objectively better animations than Sakamoto there is no question at all the line work the colors everything moves better than Sakamoto as well as having way better music and VA and a more immersive story.

To be hero X just had one of its best episodes and has a very unique story structure and plot progressions that makes it stand out while also having some of the best individual character writing and stories and incredible animations on par with dandadan

Bro you’re chatting like you watched clips on TikTok and think you’re an anime critic 💀. Dandadan “objectively better”? Stop it. Sakamoto Days fights are actually put together with choreography, clean transitions, weight in every hit, fluid camera work. Dandadan just spams colors and wild effects so people with short attention spans think it’s peak.
