People will tell u that a show shouldn’t be about teens because making them adults wouldn’t change anything Then u’ll watch the show and it’s a coming of age story and all the characters are emotionally immature

Coming of age story, I agree make more sense with a teenage cast, but emotionally immature people are there in early adulthood as well

Young adult are immature about very different things than kids Ure not getting anything close to love is war or a silent voice once u age up characters realistically Not to mention the amount of times people get annoyed with a characters action and it’s literally just what a 14 would realistically do

I should have specified I don’t have a personal vendetta against stories set in a high school, in fact love is war is an example of one I felt was fine, but not all of them need to be set in a high school to work.
