I can see that resembling AOT. Both isolated cities in hostile worlds, authoritarian regimes, hidden histories, supernatural elements, the weaponization of humanity…. I think it only came out like 3-4 years after AoT too. But it’s diff enough to still be good imo. I also remember enjoying the visual aspect of the show a lot - it’s beautiful. Pacing was off in the beginning and left you w questions but it made up for it later imo.

It also had Bryce papenbrook in it. Definitely different with a little similarities. I was in love with the visuals.
