Sakura. She was set up to be a totally different character early on. She ended up having virtually zero actual development as a character, her juvenile obsession with Sasuke continues even into Boruto, she treated Naruto like garbage over and over again well into Shippuden

I haven’t followed Boruto recently but I’m not surprised. Hinata had literally one scene in the Pain arc with more development than Sakura had throughout 3 different series in this franchise

i think the development from weak, scared little girl to strong woman taking on leadership positions is a pretty decent development yeah she wasn’t the best to naruto all the time and she did always have feelings for sasuke but that doesn’t take away from the fact that she’s had genuine development and has become way more independent as the story moved forward

Yea she developed fine but I’m sayin Naruto was always there for her saved her life mutiple times and still got rejected even after sauske harmed her I just don’t see why she had to be so mean towards bro won’t till he literally saved the whole village till she even put bro in a category with sauske

Sorry to reply so late 😭 you have good points, but myself and a big portion of the fanbase are rly just kinda disappointed. There’s a part in the war arc where Sasuke and Naruto team up with her, and she says “I’ve finally caught up to them”. And everyone watching’s like 🫤 really?
