I think that honestly it’s just a result of how weekly manga are made. They have so little lead time to think up story, dialogue, art workflow with assistants for sometimes a year or more worth of publication. Reminds me of how the Hikaru No Go author famously wanted to end it way sooner than it did and it was still a short manga

Exactly, this isn’t a problem unique to MHA at all, it’s endemic to the whole art form
