Choso’s blood is already filled with a fast acting poison; AIDs doesn’t induce symptoms fast enough. So it’s just normal Choso vs a more insane Inumaki. Since Choso wouldn’t know to protect his ears with cursed energy Inumaki would get the freest “explode” off, before dropping to weaker words of power once Choso learns how to protect himself. Choso probably wins because Inumaki is too slow to consistently avoid piercing blood methinks
