Me with HxH. Kids getting raised being beaten to become assassins, kid trying to find the father and experiencing overwhelming anger and grief, lone survivor of an attack trying to recover eyes of those he once knew.

A lot of anime are darker when you think about it. Jjba part 4 are a bunch of teenagers going after a serial killer who kills teenagers

I chose to watch it because I like Waguri’s cute character design and some random edits, I stayed for the heartfelt moments. Same thing with Pseudo Harem which is underrated imo
