if you loved kimi ni todoke you absolutely have to watch/read skip+loafer, it’s like a spiritual successor! the fl starts from the bottom and ascends to become a rising star while the slow drip reveal of the kind but melancholy ml’s past and self worth issues is literally everything i wanted from season 3 kazehaya. also the entire cast is incredible and also just human in a way that i’ve never seen in any other anime. we have a second season announced but there’s only 12 episodes rn

Oh my gosh if you really feel twirly then watch Diabolik Lovers. It’s so cringy, but every romance girlie’s gotta witness it to understand the weirdness. I was kicking my feet and having to pause it so much cause it was so bad. Kinda like how everyone should watch SAO to understand the hate

Oh my gosh yes you understand it then! I kinda wish they continued the show cause the plot was actually starting to heat up when it ended! Also since you’re into that, then I recommend Vampire Knight even more. It’s dark like DL and Vampy and it’s a love triangle (polygon in the manga). Such an amazing show, but a bit taboo (I honestly don’t know why I love it. I should hate it, but it’s my fav romance). Happy watching! 💘
