I’m just joking :) they’re very good if you like shows like that. Science is my favorite subject and both of those shows are heavily science based (with a lot of science history thrown in with Dr. Stone). I’ve actually convinced a few professors who wanted to show their students fun educational content to show Cells at Work because it’s so well done.
