Hey HxH fans. Whats with all the Pedos? Seriously. Palm and Hisoka, wing is a little creepy too. A lot of the villains are just gross to literal 13 year olds.

I mean if you really wanna start digging into it, there’s just weird shit in the chimera ant/palm date arc where gon basically admits to having been groomed by the women of whale island previously and why he’s unphased by the request to take palm on a date. Unfortunately manga is a medium for the otaku in Japan so they slip in weird shit frequently because the authors are weird otaku’s themselves.

It’s kinda just a given fact of the story that Palm just doesn’t understand love and is socially detached, almost never talking to anyone outside her mentor while Hisoka is horny for anyone that can give him a good fight. Age isn’t a factor (I feel gross typing that) just that he thinks the person could challenge him.

Thank you! I’ve been saying this for years. Hisoka gets horny by breaking an opponent at the opponent’s full potential (not solely by age). That’s why he allowed Gon to live several times and why he’s chasing Chrollo for a good fight once Chrollo gets his nen back. I have no explanation for Palm. Also Wing is wrongfully accused. The guy just is helping train people in Nen.

There’s a page in the manga past where the story ends that perfectly sums up Hisoka (if you’d like to see it. It has no spoilers in it. It’s just from him post-Chimera arc)

Yeah that one is inexcusable on my end 😞 . But I’d say that it’s the one case of him getting horny from that while he’s gotten horny several other times while fighting. Would you like to see the page?
