What’s wrong with enjoying the big 3? I’ve been watching and reading since 2012. I remember reading Naruto and Bleach’s final chapters. Both are amazing stories and have a lot better writing than most Seinen. I hate when people just classify Shonen as being bad cuz it’s not as deep or violent as Seinen. Like I get it… Berserk and Vagabond are goated.. so is 20th Century Boys but man.. you gotta read more. The Fable is the best Seinen I’ve read if you need recommendations. Shonen is good tho

I never said anything about it being wrong with enjoying the big 3 all I said was I couldn’t get into it. 😭I am sure they do have good writing especially since a lot of anime is inspired by them. Why are u harping on me? I do read

I’ll probably get downvoted but idc. I tend to like shojo and seinen and it’s hard to find any fans who also like it. It’s mostly people who like new age shonen slop. (JJK fans) I thought it was ok but not worth obsessing over. Like a 3/10. I sound like a hater but I’m just so tired. I’ve had multiple people like that write off my taste or refuse to watch my recs because it’s “for girls” or “boring” sorry I like plot and character based anime…

I LOVEEEEE Seinen. Shounen is just too basic. Seinen is just so dark and complex. Characters are amazing too

That’s a good standard to live by. I think the only genre I haven’t watched yet is Horror and Sports. But I’ve watched all the others I think
