There was one anime I watched when I was like 12 and I think it was 12 episodes long or close to it, and it was a romance anime. The girl got sick every year and it wasn’t a big deal until it was and then it got really really sad :( I’d love to rewatch it but I can’t remember what it’s called for the life of me
