And I’ve read HxH, AoT, Vinland saga, jjk, demon slayer, death note etc.. so that just shows you how good TK is

I’ve seen the anime for all of those. I’m loving Tokyo Ghoul rn but the only problem is the fights are kinda hard to follow

I couldn’t stand the TK anime. They changed so many tiny details and the anime (rightly so) lost the artistic grittiness that the manga had. The manga gets better as you read it. I just think mangas are superior to animes because of the tiny details and the artistry in each panel. Like, I didn’t like Vinland saga anime, but LOVED the manga.

I don’t really read manga but I loved the anime for Vinland Saga. But yeah the Tokyo Ghoul anime is missing so much of what I’m enjoying about the manga. And that’s not even mentioning the fact that the anime doesn’t follow the manga after season 1.
