I’m kind of tired of power fantasy animes. They’re all the same and I get bored cause anytime there is a problem it all just perfectly goes to plan.

I hope you find anime you enjoy. There's lots of other stuff that isn't power fantasy! 💖

There is a ton of stuff I enjoy, I’m just exhausted by the power fantasy genre cause it feels like there is a huge saturation of them after one punch man

It’s been going on forever. Trinity Blood, Bleach, Trigun, Naruto, Yugioh, Code Geass, Sword Art Online. The list goes on and on.

Sword art online, yes but I wouldnt really call most of those power fantasy animes - bleach, trigun, naruto, and yugioh - the characters in those shows lose a lot throughout the series and things dont always come easy to them/ they get hurt or risk dying (plot armor saves them but they still struggle). For example: Naruto actually opens with him being a god awful ninja. The anime I mean are like Overlord, one punch (though I like one punch cause at the time is was unique), Dr. Stone, Mash, ect-

- series where the main character always has the answer, barely ever get hurt, and is never in danger of losing the fight cause they’re ‘magically good at everything and magically more powerful from the start’ leaving to room for character development. At least in 90s/2000s shounen series I can say there is character progression.
