I don’t think shigaraki’s quirk would actually work on Plastic man. His quirk makes things decay and crumble to dust, but Plastic man has been hit with things that do that before and kept going. His only weakness is extreme temperatures so todoroki would probably be the only one who could do it.

I don’t think todoroki’s cold can hurt him unless he can get it down to absolute zero which I doubt. Overhaul might hard counter him though, that’s fundamentally breaking him down at the molecular level

Its not so much the extreme temperature as it is the temperature change. That said, Plastic man has been turned to stone (w/ magic), shattered, scattered across the ocean floor, and his pieces weren’t fished back out for another 3000 years.

Star and Stripes definitely could do it. 13 probably since everything she sucks in is erased. Meatball could be able to contain him, but he’d have to keep applying the power to keep him as a ball.

Nah robot. He rotates his wrist and literally warped the space around mirkos arm, tearing it off. But since plastic man can stretch he probably would have no issues

Would All For One have a shot? He was able to put himself in shigaraki’s body via his quirk transfer ability and almost completely erased him.

He had to build up that hatred and make him into the perfect vessel after years of grooming and psychological manipulation. Don’t think he could, otherwise he’d be a terrifying quirk parasite, able to hop from one body to the next
