It makes sense because most of the details would be written and they can only fit so much into an anime if it’s an adaptation. For me I like to watch and if I like it enough I’ll read the manga. There was a couple where I had to see what happened next and I was like damn if only the anime had the full story like the manga
I get that a lot. For HxH I watched the anime first and when the story stopped then I kept on reading with the manga. And I get that studio deen (I think that’s the one who did Tokyo Ghoul?) would have a tough time animating in all of Uta’s tattoos or certain effects that the manga has, but it is just hard for me to come to terms with cause the manga is so special (to me at least)
That makes sense. Plus there’s a lot more factors with making an anime verses a manga cuz you need writers actors and the artists and animators verses just writers and illustrators for manga, etc. even with a little overlap. Not to mention budgeting. I guess you gotta take what you can get with anime’s and mangas that speak to you
