Solo leveling isn’t hated because it’s “bad” it’s hated because there’s basically nothing to talk about outside action which is cool..then it won an anime award over actual story driven and amazingly animated shows. That’s basically it, it’s not a bad show

I really enjoyed and its visuals, though if you watch a lot of shonen its a rather overplayed type generic story, but i enjoyed watching it with my brian off just focusing on the animation

But not everything is meant to be story driven there’s “fun” animes and deeper ones and not everyone is necessarily interested in a story driven animes like at the end of the day it’s still a fiction so if more ppl are inclined to that it’s not a bad thing😭😭😭

they didn’t say it’s a bad thing, it just has nothing going for it except for action. I personally can’t stand the show because action is meaningless when idgaf about the characters, so I don’t think it’s a good show. but it’s not a bad one either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

no idea who that is but I should mention I am a proud believer in liking bad/mediocre/slop shows since different things click for different people 🔥I’ll never hate a show unless it’s Arifetura

it’s so unfortunate it got an anime so late since it was one of the earlier webtoons of its niche and only recently got a show 😭 it would’ve been a pioneer if it got a deal earlier, but at least the animation is still fire
