zoloft really helped me with my anxiety. i started at 50mg (which i hear is common for a starting dose), that did nothing, so i had it increased to 100mg. that's the dose that best helps me and gives me the ability to feel joy rather than constant, impending doom. i really hope the same works for you, too. feel well soon

zoloft gave me insomnia so look out for that side effect

Hey j remembered your comment because I had two nights this week I couldn’t fall asleep until 4-6am 😭 Have you found anything that helped you with insomnia?
