this is a national group so I can't say exactly what your lab will be like! but in my experience biology labs are very relaxed and much better than chem labs just check the syllabus to see if there's a dress code, but also since it's the first day they're usually very forgiving so you'll be fine no matter what!!

no it’s not too bad!! definitely prepare for the pre-quiz and you’ll be set. also looking through the lab textbook to see what kind of experiments you’ll be doing can help you gauge what to expect and how to manage your time since you have to turn in your lab report at the end of class!
