Hate taking medicine but questioning if I should get anxiety medication cause it’s driving me insane my anxiety is so bad. I just hate constantly going to appointments every 3 months bc the medication is controlled substance

try the anxiety med i did and it really helped me and you can always stop taking it if it doesn’t end up helping you

Idk but the place I go to when I got adhd meds there I had to constantly go in for checkups and I hated that and the medicine for adhd so I stopped taking it

They also give out meds for other things and I would have to fill out a form every single time I went
