Yeah it depends for me but I definitely don't recommend lol but some real advice would be finding anything u enjoy and j going all in on it. Like if ur a space nerd play tf out of kernel space program or sum take your mind off it

Well it depends what u into. I like tennis. It's a distraction and it gets endorphins pumping. I'd say if your interests align with any sort of high intensity physical activity that'd be the most beneficial but other than that it's rly down to personal interests

Hell I just thought of this if I hope this can be of help and not j some generic in actionable advice but go on ChatGPT or any ai and list out your favorite hobbies or intellectual interests and ask it what places in your area could facilitate what ur looking for. Ai is making ppl dumber fs but it has its uses and I think it'd be wise to hit up the clankers on this one bc skynet is here bby and it's ok
