Does anyone else throw up during a bad panic attack

Yes. You are not alone. TMI INCOMING: I have strangely found that eating paper helps when the nausea comes on. Not really FDA recommended but my docs have all said it’s okay if it’s consumed in small amounts (and only small amounts) if it helps.

I often feel nauseous, but I don't throw up, unfortunately I kind of just sit in that “about to throw up” feeling for super long. A good way to avoid this is with sour candies or cold cold water/ice, the trick I'm sure we all know is to shock your system back, I travel with toxic wastes for this very reason lol

Yeah, mostly it’s because I feel so dizzy and my body goes “oh, dizzy and can’t breathe? Probably throw up time, that must be why!”

in middle school and early high school my anxiety was so bad i would regularly throw up whenever i got stressed because my stomach was constantly clenching

100% or even just nervous. First date going to a guys house I threw up right before he picked me up
