Btw I no longer have a gallbladder (also OP of the bothering your doctor and found out liver was reeking out) Promise I’ll stop complaining about medical stuff and apologize if I trigger anyone’s health anxiety :(
Anxiety is funny I go to ER for pain by doctors advising and adrenaline made it so much less so now I feel like I shouldn’t be here

I got my gallbladder out last night! Came in for what presented as a panic attack. I’m glad they didn’t just brush me off. I had stones in my common bile duct so they did that procedure first on Friday. Fun times

Or I just move my shoulders cause to me the gas in my shoulders hurt worse than the actual incisions

Wow, that’s very lucky I’m happy they didn’t brush you off. How’s your recovery doing? Day two is very rough for me rn in terms of pain

Oof I’m so sorry to hear. I was given zofran for my nausea and do feel a bit of pain in my shoulders. I heard shoulder pain and heart attack like pains are from the air your stomach is pumped up with for surgery

Oh I was in the hospital they didn’t give me shit for the pain they made me suffer I was there for 5 hours and they were talking about surgery before taking anything and heads up walk around I know it hurts but it gets rid of the gas in your shoulders and have someone rub them it helps to break it up

Oh damn 😭 I was mostly given oxycodone and am currently alternating it with Tylenol (it’s… still painful tbh). I was also in the hospital for a day and a half-ish and sent home after I could eat, walk, and drink. And I appreciate the advice I have been walking around occasionally but didn’t know about rubbing shoulders. Thanks :)
