Maybe u can practice things for self esteem. Be nice to your self and have some grace

Personally, I beilive failure is something you have to achieve in life to get anywhere. If you never fail, you’re never challenging yourself, and never improving. For me I find comfort in failure because I know that means I have room too improve and will eventually get better. Idk if this would work for you but I’d consider it if it would help!
