Definitely talk to your psychiatrist. It takes time for your brain to get used to your medication. Not sure how long you’ve been on it though.

Did you just start them? If so, sometimes it’s worse before it gets better but if you’ve been on them a while you need to get ahold of your prescriber and try didn’t dose or whole different meds. Meds are different for everyone. Took many tries to get ones that actually helped.

Definitely, maybe you should also talk about Wellbutrin see what that can do for you.

i will. i switched from wellbutrin to prozac. at first i was on 20mg and felt no difference, been on 40mg for about 2 weeks and was sort of feeling too happy? like i was questioning it, maybe it was just normal happiness but it had been so long since i felt that way so it scared me? idk. but then suddenly boom, horrible anxiety attack.

i’ve been on this dose for two weeks. i started at a lower dose maybe 2 months ago

That’s maybe why. Lowering the dose will sometimes have a negative effect. Try asking for a higher dose see how it feels.

sorry i worded it wrong. i meant 2 months ago was when i first started prozac at 20mg, and about 2 weeks ago it increased to 40mg. it could still be the same reasoning tho, and i will be talking to my doctor
