Just because people “have it worse” does not invalidate your pain or the degree of it. If you drown in 6 feet and someone else downs in 20, you both still drowned. I truly know how it feels to compare your hurt, but please try your best not to, it can make things worse :( I hope you feel better soon love 🫶
