To have the worst panic attack of my life. I ended up sitting in our building lounge trying not to pass out for an hour. I had my friend bring me my stuff after class. Still haven’t emailed the professor. Has anybody else ever gotten so scared to present they literally went into fight or flight?

No but happened during an exam once. Worst panic attack of my life too, took every fiber of my being not to run out of the room. Thought i was gonna pass out but luckily didnt somehow. Hope youre doing better and it worked out with the professor ❤️
