Can I be real anyone have any good ways to calm anxiety? I’m trying to go to bed but I genuinely feel like hell and I don’t know how to calm down

Try breathing exercises, if that doesn’t work then I try to go to the gym or if it’s daytime just go outside on a walk

Definitely not best practice but I put a screen in front of me like an iPad kid. Usually a funny youtube video (last night it stormtroopers singing 2014 songs at Disney) or a TV show (currently the rookie). Nothing else exists in my world during my screen time. I’ve also repeated the words in the video in my head to make me focus on that instead of my thoughts. It’s enough of a distraction to calm myself down
