yeah it’s my main anxiety symptom and I’ve basically just had to learn to ignore or overcome it since it doesn’t ever actually make me throw up

Once at the county hospital in the waiting room of the dentist when I thought I was gon be sedated to get my four wisdoms out and I couldn’t even eat so me being nauseous from not eating was unrelated
