Period. I tried so hard my first two years, got stabbed in the back, got assaulted and gave up completely. I’m here to get my degree and get the fuck out

I genuinely tried but 3/4ths of the way through I lost the few close friends I had and realized I hated/ couldn’t really do my degree. And since I graduated back in December of 2023 I’ve just been bed rotting for the most part, but recently I’ve started going to the gym and picked up a hobby that doesn’t 100% involve my phone (learning guitar). I need to get a job but slow and steady… right??

I joined a tabletop club! It worked really well for me. Sometimes I also enter writing circles because writing really interests me. Nerdy circles tend to be accepting, though sometimes you need to ask for patience if you have trouble socializing since it can be hard haha. And putting yourself out there is definitely the hardest part, but clubs helped me a lot. It was still an effort but it was an easier effort
