Finding a good role model who will help you get out of your shell, like an extroverted friend. Also it really is fake it until you make it because you can be alone in public and have people actively recognize that you’re confident by just not hiding yourself. Take your insecurity and highlight it and everyone will think “wow they are so confident” like example: me a very tall woman wearing heals all the time. Everyone thinks I must be super confident in myself to be feminine and taller than men

It’s pretty simple Tell urself ur gonna do something (achievable) and then get it done. It brings up ur confidence and self esteem. Start off small

Believing in yourself, which no one tells you how to do which is very frustrating. First you need to know who you are. Most of this comes from knowing what you want out of life. Say, if you want to learn as much as you can, you’re a scholar. So combine what you enjoy doing, what you’re good at, and compliments others have given you to get and idea of who you are. These should be positive things. Then just put your faith in that like how you’d trust a friend or believe in them.

Doing things outside your comfort zone just to show yourself it’s okay is also great. Like making yourself go places alone, maybe wearing something that stands out (like could be a suit at a super market), or something out of place like eating a bowl of cereal from home in a public place. It sounds so silly but once you do things like that, you feel silly being worried about normal things like not having brushed your hair before going out or talking to someone you don’t know.

Knowing that being looked at or having people notice you isn’t a bad thing and might just be a funny story for them to tell later.
