I will always say this but use the mammalian dive reflex. All you do is submerge ur face in ice water, come up for air, rinse and repeat and it’ll bring ur immune system out of fight or flight! Also butterfly tapping helps too

I try to do the method where it’s like bae 5 things you see 4 things you can feel and so on. It usually works but when it doesn’t, it just gets worse

Yeah I get that. It’s the same for me as well. I try not to be alone but at the same time it might make it worse. Just depends. Also sorry if I’m not making sense I’m still kinda shaken up. But this convo is distracting me, it’s making me feel better so thank you
