Anxiety on Yik Yak | Anyone else struggle with idiopathic Constipation. Usually I can go 5-7 days with out having a BM or feeling like I need to go. But recently it’s either 10 + days or 2-3 days but the pain and discomfort on the shorter window is ruff. See comments

I am unable to take osmotic laxative as I will just throw up. Any advice? I am in so much pain and discomfort but don’t want to take a stimulant
