I feel you. I have nights like this too. Haven't found a solution yet but it does get better with time. I started on Lexapro and that helped. Also get tested for OCD. That ended up being the culprit for me. In the meantime, try distracting yourself with something lighthearted like a sitcom or sports. It gets your brain working in a different way. Just know you're not alone
