be okay with pausing, BREATHING, even saying “give me a moment,” to really get yourself in the space of being able to say no! Right now, think which is more painful, the pain of the mild awkwardness, or the pain of saying yes to something you don’t actually want? YOU ARE WORTH saying “no” to others!
