i have been so stressed with school that there are days that i eat one meal or less… i have lost 12 lbs since school started and don’t know how to fix it. what should i do??
Maybe having a consistent time for meals or at least one meal. Or even a consistent time and place so that you always eat at least that. Like make it part of your routine is what I’m saying

I would also recommend loping your friends in! Just like some people need someone to hold them accountable at the gym, it is totally okay to schedule meals with your friends!

there is medicine like zofran and stuff that can help !!
