my social anxiety is so bad to the point I can’t go in my kitchen bc I’m scared of roommates. hid in my closet the other day during a panic attack when roomie had guests over

i’m glad i’m not the only one who did this. i literally would get on the floor to check to make sure that my roomates weren’t there to go out. if they were i was in my room and i was not coming out
