Letting yall know it’s going to get better. My anxiety was bad 2023-2024. I was dealing with anxiety, derealization, and I guess depression? Anyways I’ve been feeling great now all this year and haven’t experienced anything close to 2023. Things I did:

Top were the top 3 tho It takes time. It goes away in waves. Not just the next day or next week.

Sleep Eat healthy Cardio(I used to just to weight lifting) More conversations with friends. Try to not stress out about things(yes I know it’s hard at times) And drink less alcohol
