I think schools are quite discreet about this by default, might be a law even. Even if they find out it’s not like they’ll literally kill you - it’s a totally defensible stance that anxiety meds help tremendously - I wish I’d gotten mine at 19, best of luck

Yeaaa insurance would be the only problem. You could just do without insurance and look at rxmeds or something like that to get discounts. But get your meds❤️

you can get meds through a doctor or a psychiatrist so you can make an appointment with your schools health center with a doctor

hmmm this might depend on your insurance you can contact your insurance and ask them directly/see if they can prevent your parents from seeing your info or you can buy the medication without insurance. like my anxiety meds were about 20 dollars without insurance

Get your insurance card and go to the website. It should list the psychiatrists available under your insurance. Then just call them and ask if they’re taking new patients
