I need my number one symptom of serious anxiety to not be vomiting 😭😭😭. Literally almost ended up unsafe to drive when I needed to drive

Damn that really sucks bc vomiting frequently hurts your mouth and GI

I also take zofran to help me! Nausea and dizziness/ fainting are my worst symptoms so I totally feel you about making driving hard. I have definitely had to pull over cause I’ve felt faint when driving before so the struggle is real. It’s made it hard for me to want to leave my house and it’s taken a lot of uncomfortable moments and exposure therapy to get to the point where I feel ok to drive by myself and go to the store even tho it’s still not great 😭

I HAVE THE SAME THINGGG 😭 im sorry you have to go through that too. It is genuinely debilitating. And even if I manage to somehow not vomit when I’m anxious, my body decides to start dry heaving😍 it’s led me to develop agoraphobia bc Im so scared of being out in public and it happening. I feel like I’ve tried everything under the sun, right now I’m trying my luck with an accredited hypnotherapist :/ hoping we can both find treatment that works for us!!

It’s so bad 😭😭. Usually it’s infrequent that I get that anxious but it sucks when I get there. Luckily I have a prescription anti-nausea for other things which helps

I take zofran and use ginger candies as well. Idk if it’s bad to take long term or not because I take it infrequently

It is! I’ve been there too. I had times where I’d refuse to leave my house because I was so worried over it. I hope that the therapy is able to help you!

Came here to say to talk to your doctor, I used to get prescribed nausea medicine but now I have a rapid acting anxiety med that calms me down and helps with nausea too
